Purchase & Delivery Policy

A. PURCHASE POLICY:

1. Products:

  • Vietnamese-flavored meal sets
  • Korean-flavored meal sets
  • Balanced nutrition meal sets

2. Ordering Methods:

  • Meal Packages (5 days/week): Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM of the previous day for delivery on the following day.
  • Single Meals (1 day): Orders must be placed before 8:00 AM on the same day. Delivery will be made from 11:30 AM.
  • Public Holidays Policy: If a public holiday falls on any weekday (Monday to Friday), the meal cost for that day will be deducted accordingly, and no meal deliveries will be made on public holidays.

3. How to Place an Order:

Choose the ordering method and meal plan that best suits your needs, then complete the delivery information on our website: https:// Foodlabvina.vn

  • STEP 1: Select the product you wish to purchase
  • STEP 2: Click “BUY NOW”
  • STEP 3: Enter delivery information: Fill in personal details: Full name, phone number, email address (if available). Select delivery method – click “View details” to learn more about delivery policies and shipping fees.
  • Enter a discount code (if applicable)
  • STEP 4: Review your order and click “Confirm Order”
  • STEP 5: Click “Proceed to Payment Method”

4. Order Confirmation:

  • We will confirm your order via email or phone call after receiving your order.

B. SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

1. Delivery Fees:

  • Orders from VND 200,000 and above: Free delivery within a 5 km radius.
  • Orders below VND 200,000 or delivery distance over 5 km: Delivery fees will be applied according to standard app-based delivery service rates.

2. Delivery Time:

  • Next-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM (16:00) on the previous day for Meal Packages, and before 8:00 PM (20:00) on the previous day for Single Meals.
  • Same-day delivery is available for Single Meals when orders are placed before 8:00 AM on the same day.

3. PAYMENT REGULATIONS

Advance Payment Methods

Customers are required to make payment in advance via bank transfer or online card payment.

Payment Instructions

After confirming the items in your order and reviewing the delivery details (time and location), customers are required to make payment in advance via direct bank transfer to Food Lab Vina’s bank account or by Visa/Mastercard credit card.Once the payment is successfully completed, the system will display an order payment confirmation. Food Lab Vina is not responsible for any errors arising from incorrect transfer information or mistakes made during the bank transfer process. In such cases, customers are required to work directly with their bank to resolve the issue.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation Policy

  • We accept order cancellations for upcoming days provided that you notify us before 12:00 PM (noon) on the previous day. Cancellations made after 12:00 PM of the previous day are not accepted; customers are requested to receive and pay for the meal as ordered.

Refund Policy:

We do not provide refunds via bank transfer or cash. Instead, the remaining days of your prepaid Meal Package will be credited and applied to future meals. For detailed guidance, please contact the Food Lab Vina Fanpage or call our Hotline directly.

5. PRIVACY POLICY
